Shipping policy

Regular Swiss domestic delivery costs CHF 8.50, with free shipping for orders of CHF 50 or more.

Orders usually ship within 2–7 working days from the date of order.

* If the total weight exceeds 20 kg, separate packaging will be required, with an additional shipping charge of CHF 8.50 per 10 kg.

* Shipping is generally carried out by Swiss Post, DPD, or direct delivery, depending on the area.

* We are an eco-friendly company. Whenever possible, the original product packaging or box is reused for shipping, as part of our commitment to environmental sustainability.

* We are not responsible for any scratches, dents, damage, or other issues that may occur to the package or products during transportation by Swiss Post or DPD.

*Once your order has been dispatched, any changes to the delivery address, redelivery requests, parcel collection arrangements, or other delivery-related requests must be made directly with the relevant shipping carrier (Swiss Post or DPD). We are unable to make changes to shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please follow the carrier’s instructions or contact them directly to arrange redelivery or collection, if required.

*If a parcel is returned to us because the recipient was unavailable to accept delivery or failed to collect the parcel, additional shipping costs for resending the order may apply.
