[MUJI] Salt Bread Baumkuchen

Cultured butter and rock salt are kneaded into the dough, baked, and topped with salty icing. This Baumkuchen is inspired by salted bread.

Ingredients: Liquid eggs (domestically produced), sugar, wheat flour, butter, processed oils and fats (vegetable oils and fats, whey powder), coating (anhydrous crystalline glucose, vegetable oils and fats, lactose, salt), shortening, edible processed oils and fats, cornstarch, salt/trehalose, emulsifier, leavening agent, flavoring, coloring (annatto(E60b), turmeric(E100))
