[MUJI] Fruit Agar Mochi Lemon 45g
This agar mochi is characterized by its sour lemon taste and chewy texture. It is made using syrup and leftover peels from the production of dried fruit.
The ends of the fruit that are rejected during the process of making dried fruit are minced and kneaded into a dough containing glutinous rice flour and agar. In addition, some of the sweet fruit syrup used to soak the dried fruit is reused instead of being discarded.
Ingredients: Sugar (produced in Japan), starch syrup, lemon syrup (lemon, sugar, reduced starch syrup), lemon, starch, agar, glutinous rice flour/trehalose, pH adjuster, citric acid, gelling agent (modified starch, thickening polysaccharides), stabilizer
(carrageenan(E407)), vitamin C, calcium lactate, emulsifier, antioxidant (enzyme-treated rutin)
