Product description

This agar mochi features the fruity flavor of Kiyomi oranges and a chewy texture. It is made using syrup and leftover peels from the production of dried fruit.

The ends of the fruit that are rejected during the dried fruit production process are minced and kneaded into a dough containing glutinous rice flour and agar. In addition, some of the sweet fruit syrup used to soak the dried fruit is reused instead of being discarded.

Ingredients: : Sugar (produced in Japan), starch syrup, Kiyomi syrup (Kiyomi, sugar, reduced starch syrup), Kiyomi, starch, agar, glutinous rice flour/trehalose, citric acid, pH adjuster, gelling agent (modified starch, thickening polysaccharides), stabilizer (carrageenan), vitamin C, calcium lactate, emulsifier, antioxidant (enzyme-treated rutin)
